1 Preheat oven to 400

3 place squash into microwave for 2min to make it easier to cut

5 cut squash in half lengthwise

7 scrape out inside seed cavity

9 Place squash with inside part face down on a tray of water about 1/2 inch deep or so

11 turn oven down to 375 and cook for 30 minutes

13 turn oven down to 350 and cook for another 30 minutes

15 Done!
