14 | Heat the fats over medium heat. Add in the squash Italian seasoning, and some salt & pepper. Toss frequently until the squash is just starting to become tender, about 8 minutes. Cover, reducing heat slightly, and steam for 5 minutes, tossing once during the process. Add the tomatoes and steam a bit more, depending on how done you like them. Add more salt and pepper to taste. |
