12 | \\ 7) 1 Small Package instant Chocolate Pudding (may not be necessary - in the cake mix already?) | ||
13 | \\Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Farenheit. | ||
14 | \\Beat eggs in mixer until they are of uniform consistancy, but not frothy. | ||
15 | Add water, oil, and sour cream, and mix until smooth. Add cake mix and | ||
16 | pudding if necessary, and mix NO HIGHER THAN MEDIUM SPEED until well | ||
17 | mixed. Fold in chocolate chips by hand or mix only until evenly | ||
18 | distributed. | ||
19 | \\Grease a Bundt pan well and pour in cake mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes. | ||
20 | Check for doneness with a toothpick. | ||
21 | \\Cool cake for 15 minutes, then invert over a plate. (Place a plate on top | ||
22 | of the Bundt pan, and turn the whole thing over - the cake should fall | ||
23 | cleanly onto the plate. Remove Bundt pan.) After cake is almost completely | ||
24 | cool, dust with sifted confectioners (powdered) sugar. |
