2 \\Grandma Helen's Super Duper Chocolate Cake

4 \\\\1) Duncan Hines Deep Chocolate or Devils Food Cake Mix
5 (Without pudding in it if you can find it, else ignore item
6 number 7)
7 \\2) 1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
8 \\3) 4 Eggs
9 \\4) 1/2 Cup Water
10 \\5) 1/2 Cup Vegetable Oil
11 \\6) 8 Ounces Sour Cream
12 \\ 7) 1 Small Package instant Chocolate Pudding (may not be necessary - in the cake mix already?)
13 \\Preheat oven to 350 degrees, Farenheit.
14 \\Beat eggs in mixer until they are of uniform consistancy, but not frothy.
15 Add water, oil, and sour cream, and mix until smooth. Add cake mix and
16 pudding if necessary, and mix NO HIGHER THAN MEDIUM SPEED until well
17 mixed. Fold in chocolate chips by hand or mix only until evenly
18 distributed.
19 \\Grease a Bundt pan well and pour in cake mixture. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
20 Check for doneness with a toothpick.
21 \\Cool cake for 15 minutes, then invert over a plate. (Place a plate on top
22 of the Bundt pan, and turn the whole thing over - the cake should fall
23 cleanly onto the plate. Remove Bundt pan.) After cake is almost completely
24 cool, dust with sifted confectioners (powdered) sugar.
