| 6 | \\Rinse 1 lb black beans, and then add enough water to cover by 2” in a wide pot plus 1T salt. Soak overnight, or at least 6 hours. Discard the soaking water and rinse again. Place the beans, 3 bay leaves, and 5 cups of water in the Foodi. Pressure cook for 5 minutes, and natural release for 15 minutes. | ||
