3 We made it back home with a fairly uneventful trip. Now, to unload, wash clothes, and repack for our SCA Potrero trip in 3 days!

5 Actually, I will relate one story about returning home.  When we walked in the front door, we heard an alarm chirping every 30 seconds.  Looking at the main alarm panel, it said it was caused by the CO detector upstairs and there didn't seem to be any way to reset the alarm.  Calling the monitoring company didn't help.  Finally, we found the source of the alarm to be a CO detector mounted high up near the kitchen, where we've really never noticed it before.  Looking at that unit, it had a button labeled "Test / Hush".  Pressing that stopped the alarm.

7 This brings up something which some people may not know.  Unlike smoke detectors, Carbon Monoxide (CO) detectors only last about 7 years and then they need to be replaced.  We first learned about this with our trailer's CO detector, when it started doing the same thing.  So, if your CO detector is beeping every 30 seconds and if it's about 7 years old, you'll need to replace it.

11 Overall, despite all of the rain and wind, it was a good trip, but we're glad to be home again and the kitties are glad also!
