| 4 | Today, we got up a little early and actually got out early again. This is beginning to become a habit. We'll have to keep a watch on that! | ||

| 6 | Driving all of the way from the west border of Mississippi (right next to the river), through all of the state, and into Alabama, to Cropwell, just east of BIrmingham. Just as in Louisiana, a fairly uneventful trip and once again the same endless forest on both sides of the freeway. It was this way across the entire state. | ||
