Baking Powder: 14 baking soda 12 cream of tartar 14 arrowroot powder

¼ C baking soda
½ C cream of tartar
¼ C arrowroot powder
This is a single acting baking powder. Once it hits liquid, it starts creating CO2. You must get it into the oven quickly or it will go flat.
