1/8 cup seasoned rice vinegar
scant 1/8 cup plain rice vinegar
1/8 tsp truffle salt
1/8 tsp ancho chili powder
1/8 tsp pasilla chili powder
1/8 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp honey
