Spicy Lemon Yogurt sauce (for crab cakes, etc.)

1 C plain Greek yogurt
zest of 1 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
1-1.5 T Cholula hot sauce
1/8 tsp white pepper
1/8 tsp truffle salt
1/8 tsp salt

Mix all together and serve.  Flavors will bloom and meld with time, so make it first.
