1 1 C plain Greek yogurt
2 zest of 1 lemon
3 juice of 1/2 lemon
4 1-1.5 T Cholula hot sauce
5 1/8 tsp white pepper
6 1/8 tsp truffle salt
7 1/8 tsp salt
8 \\Mix all together and serve. Flavors will bloom and meld with time, so make it first.
