Curried Protein Salad

This salad is good with canned fish such as tuna or salmon, as well as with canned or fresh cooked chicken. Per usual, add what you like, remove what you don't, and season to taste!
3 6oz cans tuna/salmon/chicken or equivalent cooked protein
3/4 C plain Greek yogurt
1/2 C mayonnaise
1/4 C currants
1/2 C sliced almonds
1 small apple, cored and chopped fine
half a bunch of radishes, chopped fine (reserve tops for salad greens!), about 3/4 C
2 T curry powder
1/2 t truffle salt
Mix all together, add more yogurt and mayo if you like it moister, taste for salt/heat/sweet balance.
Serve in Belgian endive boats, over salad greens, or in a sandwich; you have options! ;-D
