Chicken Boudini

Boil or cook in the Foodi: 6 chicken thighs or enough to make ~4-5 C chopped or shredded chicken
Make: Kelly’s cream of mushroom soup, leaving it quite thick
Preheat oven to 350F
4-5C chopped or shredded cooked chicken
12-16oz petite peas, frozen or thawed
1 C slivered almonds
1 recipe Kelly’s cream of mushroom soup
3C (or more) sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Layer half of the chicken, peas, almonds, soup, and cheese. Repeat the layer, topping with extra cheese if desired. Bake in 350 degree F oven for 30 minutes. If freezing, chill before cutting into portions. Freezes beautifully.
