| 4 | Yield: approximately 1 1/4 cups | ||

| 8 | \\3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, or more, adjust to taste | ||

| 11 | 1/4 teaspoon truffle salt | ||
| 12 | 1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper (white pepper is great!) | ||
| 13 | - or - use 1/2 T of the already prepared spice mixture, shaking well to distribute the salt before measuring | ||
| 14 | freshly squeezed lemon juice or plain white vinegar, approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste | ||
| 15 | milk or water for thinning, if desired | ||
