Homemade Ranch Dip
Yield: approximately 1 1/4 cups

1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup greek yogurt

3/4 teaspoon dried dill weed, or more, adjust to taste
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon truffle salt
1/8 teaspoon finely cracked pepper (white pepper is great!)
- or - use 1/2 T of the already prepared spice mixture, shaking well to distribute the salt before measuring
freshly squeezed lemon juice or plain white vinegar, approximately 1-3 teaspoons, adjust to taste
milk or water for thinning, if desired

Whisk together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Enjoy!
