Richard Johnson 9.1 14 Mix the hot water with the cactus powder, stirring well to remove lumps.  Add the rest of the ingredients, shaking or stirring well, serve over crushed ice or blend with ice.  Serves 1, or 2 if adding sparkling water to it.

17 NB:  if the prickly pear powder has extra fiber added to it, mix the powder with the water & lime juice before adding to the alcohols.  It has a tendency to clump.
