Prickly Pear Margarita

1/2 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Torani Sugar Free Syrup
1 oz water
1/2 T Red Nopal Cactus Powder
1 oz lime juice
Mix all, shake well, serve over ice or blend with ice. Serves 1.
