11 11  Driving over to Jerry's house, it suddenly occured to us that...  wait...  Jerry's place is down a gravel road.  We're just a little paranoid of gravel roads these days!  Yes, it hasn't been raining for a week, but...  just in case...  we TXT'ed Jerry asking if he's sure his road is in good enough shape for our trailer.  He said it has a washboard effect in places, but otherwise should be fine.  Ok, I guess we'll chance it...

13 -No problems getting to Jerry's place.  We had a really nice visit, saw his magnificant chicken coup, met his various cats, said "hi" to the dogs, walked down to the creek (where Kelly looked for rocks, of course!), and finally said our "good bye" to "Red Dog Ranch".  It's a really nice place and we would like to visit again in the future.

16 -Traveling down I-17, we made our way to Glendale, AZ, to visit with our friend Arian (her husband Bart was not home at the time).  We had a very nice visit with Arian and attended our group's "Friday Night Knitting" from her house.  It was a good, even if only one afternoon.
